The City of Johnstown Mayor’s Court is held the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. Court is held in the Council Chambers at 599 South Main Street. Those charged with violations come before a licensed magistrate to have their cases heard. After a case has been heard, any applicable fines, fees, & costs can be paid at that time.

Payment of Fines

The Clerk of Court can accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards. Online payments will only be accepted up until your court date/time, after that; your payment must be made over the phone or in person.

Keep in mind that tickets require a processing time, so they may not be found in our online system immediately.

(On occasion this office may close unexpectedly)

If it is after the hours of 4:00 pm you may utilize our drop box.
